One-Pan Breakfast

Fancy a full-on fry-up but only have one pan and a simple stove?  No problem!

Sizzle the sausages until cooked through, add the bacon and sliced mushrooms until crisp.  Keeping everything in the pan, add the chopped tomatoes and baked beans and heat through before making little wells in the mixture, crack in the eggs - cover if you can and wait until the eggs are cooked to your liking.  Tear up the muffins and dive in - this one's for sharing!
