Organic Porcini Risotto Kit
Realfoods by Organico Organic Porcini risotto. Produced on a traditional Cascina farm near Bianzè, in the heart of Italian risotto land from a hand-me-down family recipe that we're now handing over to you!
Place a knob of butter (provided) in a pan on low heat (add a splash of white wine if you happen to have a bottle open). Stir in the contents of the pack with 3 or 4 slow swirls, now add 700ml of water, simmer for 15-17 minutes and stir until the liquid is absorbed.
For a final flourish - select our parmesan as an addition or enjoy as it is.

The kit contains everything you need to create 2x 12" pizzas - your way:
- Dough (select Neopolitan or GF (vg)
- 210g tin of Mutti Pizza Sauce (vg, gf)
- Polenta flour (gf)so that the pizza doesn't stick
- Olive oil to stop the dough from sticking to the container
- Cheese (select either Fiore di Latte mozzarella or veganarella)

No. A conventional indoor oven will be fine too.

Your kit arrives chilled in an insulated box, ready for pizza night.
The Neapolitan dough simply needs removing from the bag, placing into an oiled bowl (oil provided) and covered for 2-4 hours to come to room temperature and prove.
Our gluten free bases arrive pre-stretched and ready to top.
When you’re ready to cook, and your oven or pizza oven is fully up to temperature, stretch the dough by hand and place onto a pizza paddle or baking tray dusted with the included polenta flour.
Spread over the tomato sauce, add your cheese and chosen toppings, then bake until golden, bubbling and irresistible.
If using a pizza oven, follow the manufacturer’s recommended temperatures and timings.
