Click & Collect at CarFest

We couldn't be more excited to be joining FoodFest at the UK's biggest family fundraising festival - 22nd - 24th August 2025.
We have bagged a stand at the entrance to FoodFest from the main campsite enabling our customers to come and collect their pre-booked, chilled, re-useable cool bags whenever convenient - one less thing to carry from the car!
Simply choose from our Festival Collection making sure to select the CarFest pick-up option and we'll take care of the rest!

With so many incredible food options at CarFest, we’ve focused on those quieter moments back at your tent—when a little comfort goes a long way.

Whether it’s a hearty breakfast while you wait for the shower queue to ease, a quick, wholesome meal for the kids, or a late-night snack to enjoy with your sundowners, we’ve got you covered. And with our thoughtful little extras, we’re here to help make your festival experience even more memorable.

    Your order confirmation email will include all information about when and where to collect your kit - please bring your order confirmation with you - on your phone is fine.

    Chilled ingredients in re-useable cool bag

    Collect your kits and add-ons from us on site at CarFest. We will be based by the First Aid tent at the entrance to the FoodFest arena from the main campsite - in our refrigerated van! Stand open 10am - 5pm each day.

  • Extras

    We will be offering GG friends an ice-pack exchange

    To keep things cool over the weekend, simply swing by our stand and swap your GG ice packs for frozen ones. We will also be taking back your hard-to-recycle items to dispose of via our TerraCycle Zero Waste Box
