This option is perfect for those who’d prefer to source their lamb locally from the amazing producers near their holiday destination.  Lamb could be substituted for a variety of meats to create this recipe.

• Jersey Royals
• Pickled gherkins
• Radishes
• Spring onions
• Fresh mint
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Mayonnaise
• Dijon mustard

• Lamb neck fillet
