Get your creative cooking juices flowing with our Tagliatelle, proudly sourced to make maestro quality pasta recipes. From dough to drying, our pastificio is based in Bari, Puglia, at the heel of Italy, famous for a panorama of blue skies and sun-scorched wheat fields. It’s all about slow proofing of the dough, shaping with traditional bronze plates and extra slow drying. The drying is where most makers speed up but that’s where we slow down because good things take time.
Boil plenty of water in a pot, add a good pinch of sea salt, stir in pasta, cook for 8 minutes. Test doneness slightly before time ends. Drain and serve with our Tomato & Basil or Arrabbiata pasta sauces.

The kit contains everything you need to create 2x 12" pizzas - your way:
- Dough (select Neopolitan or GF (vg)
- 210g tin of Mutti Pizza Sauce (vg, gf)
- Polenta flour (gf)so that the pizza doesn't stick
- Olive oil to stop the dough from sticking to the container
- Cheese (select either Fiore di Latte mozzarella or veganarella)

No. A conventional indoor oven will be fine too.

Your kit arrives chilled in an insulated box, ready for pizza night.
The Neapolitan dough simply needs removing from the bag, placing into an oiled bowl (oil provided) and covered for 2-4 hours to come to room temperature and prove.
Our gluten free bases arrive pre-stretched and ready to top.
When you’re ready to cook, and your oven or pizza oven is fully up to temperature, stretch the dough by hand and place onto a pizza paddle or baking tray dusted with the included polenta flour.
Spread over the tomato sauce, add your cheese and chosen toppings, then bake until golden, bubbling and irresistible.
If using a pizza oven, follow the manufacturer’s recommended temperatures and timings.
