Rich, intense Gochujang coats meltingly tender beef short rib, slow-cooked for over 4 hours and ready for its final flourish—basted, simmered, and finished over the BBQ or fire pit for that irresistible charred depth. Served with creamy coconut rice and a crisp pear and cucumber slaw, it’s a dish we come back to time and time again.

The kit contains everything you need to create 2x 12" pizzas - your way:
- Dough (select Neopolitan or GF (vg)
- 210g tin of Mutti Pizza Sauce (vg, gf)
- Polenta flour (gf)so that the pizza doesn't stick
- Olive oil to stop the dough from sticking to the container
- Cheese (select either Fiore di Latte mozzarella or veganarella)

No. A conventional indoor oven will be fine too.

Your kit arrives chilled in an insulated box, ready for pizza night.
The Neapolitan dough simply needs removing from the bag, placing into an oiled bowl (oil provided) and covered for 2-4 hours to come to room temperature and prove.
Our gluten free bases arrive pre-stretched and ready to top.
When you’re ready to cook, and your oven or pizza oven is fully up to temperature, stretch the dough by hand and place onto a pizza paddle or baking tray dusted with the included polenta flour.
Spread over the tomato sauce, add your cheese and chosen toppings, then bake until golden, bubbling and irresistible.
If using a pizza oven, follow the manufacturer’s recommended temperatures and timings.
