Witheridge has the strength of a mature cheddar, but the sweetness and umami notes of an Alpine cheese.
Moist and smooth, floral and grassy. Sweet tones balanced by bolder farmy notes. Made from milk from the farm’s own herd, and matured in hay, which is hand cut from a diverse grass and wildflower meadow and dried on the farm, Witheridge in Hay is a unique distillation of place and time.

Superb soft cheese made with an extra helping of cream. It is based on the famous French cheese Chaource and has a similar buttery paste with a dense, rich flavour.
As the cheese matures it develops an earthy aroma and a deeper, fuller taste. The cheese itself is named after a village in South Oxfordshire which is very close to the Nettlebed Creamery where it is made. It has won various accolades including Best Organic Cheese and Best Soft Cheese at the British Cheese Awards.
The combination of these two award-winning cheeses are complimented by oatcakes, the freshness of apple, walnuts and Tracklement's sticky fig jam.
