Lemony, herby freshness encases this delicate white fish- the baking juices added to the rich, garlicky, crispy dumplings finished off with a nutty crunch.
A BBQ or fire pit would work really well for this recipe but a camp-stove and pan would be just fine too!
You can choose to order the full meal kit or our "Eat Local" version, which comes without the hake fillets. This option is perfect for those who’d prefer to source their fish locally from the amazing producers near their holiday destination - other fish or seafood would also work incredibly well in this recipe.

The kit contains everything you need to create 2x 12" pizzas - your way:
- Dough (select Neopolitan or GF (vg)
- 210g tin of Mutti Pizza Sauce (vg, gf)
- Polenta flour (gf)so that the pizza doesn't stick
- Olive oil to stop the dough from sticking to the container
- Cheese (select either Fiore di Latte mozzarella or veganarella)

No. A conventional indoor oven will be fine too.

Your kit arrives chilled in an insulated box, ready for pizza night.
The Neapolitan dough simply needs removing from the bag, placing into an oiled bowl (oil provided) and covered for 2-4 hours to come to room temperature and prove.
Our gluten free bases arrive pre-stretched and ready to top.
When you’re ready to cook, and your oven or pizza oven is fully up to temperature, stretch the dough by hand and place onto a pizza paddle or baking tray dusted with the included polenta flour.
Spread over the tomato sauce, add your cheese and chosen toppings, then bake until golden, bubbling and irresistible.
If using a pizza oven, follow the manufacturer’s recommended temperatures and timings.
