Homemade Skillet Choco-Granola with Yogurt Parfait

Serves 2 - Ready in 15 minutes

Not your average campsite breakfast!  Strawberries, thick Greek yogurt, seeds and oats provide the nutrients whilst dark chocolate and mascarpone add more than a little luxury.  The addition of tahini ensures this dish has a nutty, earthy, sweet balance that is incredibly moreish..... a world away from the mini variety pack cereals we used to take camping!

Ingredients include:

• Pumpkin seeds
• Light brown sugar
• Tahini
• Cinnamon
• Greek yogurt
• Mascarpone
• Vanilla
• Honey
• Dark chocolate
• Fresh strawberries
